Submission Format
If you have completely designed and laid out your print project, it’s best to submit the final file to be printed in PDF format. If you have separate pieces of artwork to be included, please submit them as JPG files saved at a minimum of 300 dpi. Text to be included should be in Microsoft Word or an editable PDF file. Please save all font information within PDF files.
We always do our best to match fonts that you want, but if fonts are not included in your submission, there’s a chance that some fonts may be substituted. It goes without saying that the more finished elements you can provide us at the beginning of a project, the faster the setup and printing process will go. But rest assured that we are happy to work with you to achieve exactly the result you want, no matter where we start.

Project Set-up Every print project needs a "master file" from which to print. You can provide your own, or we can help you format and prepare a project for printing. For commonly requested projects such as business cards and brochures, we can provide you with a variety of templates to make the work foolproof. With your guidance and final approval, our in-house experts will produce the master file for specialty projects such as outdoor signage and trade show products.
Printing After we have your master file on hand, you can submit print requests online or by calling us. With print on demand, we can print one copy at a time or produce mass quantities for you. Scheduling will depend on quantities and the complexity of the items you order, as well as on other projects that may be ongoing at the time, but we guarantee that we will meet or beat each delivery deadline as promised to you.
Assembly and Binding Services If needed, we can assign a team to assemble your print jobs in three-ring binders with tabbed dividers and other types of inserts. We also do spiral binding and perfect binding on site. Packaging and Shipping At times you’ll want to ship print jobs to customers or tradeshows.
