Pinnacle Resources Group needs major Internet presence to be the hub of their Pinnacle importing business that promotes and sell their products. The site will also create connection among shareholders. Pinnacle Resources Group also needs an easy way to display high resolution images for use in selling their products.

The Opportunity

Pinnacle Resources Group has the opportunity to dominate the importing and distribution of Pinnacle in the United States. The goal of the web site will be to dominate the importing and distribution of Pinnacle countertops on the Internet with large amount of content and imagery. The site will provide Pinnacle Resources Group’s clients access to view inventory and provide them with the ability to better manage their inventory and order fulfillment needs.

In order to complete the project IGuide Media will complete the following development tasks. Assign development team to the project.

Your primary contact will be Brian Noon. Brian will oversee the project and communicate between your company and our development team. Start the planning process after receiving all client supplied material required. IGuide Media will plan the database programming and workflow of your site.

Detailed "map" of the site will be constructed illustrating the different site elements and their respective relationships. Brian will work with you to design the layout and visual style of the web site. Once the design is created mockups will be created.

Once you approve the mockups and all collateral material has been received the project development will start. Develop the project based on the milestones in the project plan. First draft of the web site will be created for you. You are allowed one round of change requests for the second draft not to exceed the project specifications after the first draft is presented.

Change requests that are outside the scope of the original estimate and change requests after the second draft will be billed separately. Test the project through both Alpha and Beta testing cycles. The web site will be tested after each round of proofs. You are also responsible for proofing the entire web site to check for missing features errors etc.

Once we have tested the web site and you have tested and approved the web site it will be ready for launch. Deliver and install the final project deliverables. Once approved the final web site will be installed on your web server.

Once the website is installed and launched it will be ready to market and submit to various search engines. Train staff based on the training plan. Brian Noon will provide up to one day of training on location for your staff on the usage of the web site. Technical support will be available after the initial training by phone and mail.

On site training will be provided at your local location. We will arrive with laptop computer. You are not required to supply any equipment. You must have at least phone connection available for using the web site.

Future on site or remote training can be provided for nominal charge. If you require on site training at location other than locally travel costs may be incurred. Phone and mail support will be provided on thirty day basis. An additional support plan may be purchased for continued support.
