The Solution

Woodview Pest Control can efficiently identify, remove, and prevent pests from damaging property and risking the health of residents. Have Woodview Inspectors conduct a free, thorough inspection of the ForestLands Apartments complex, making an assessment of all apartment units as well as the exterior of all buildings and grounds. Inspectors will then present a report for review by ForestLands property managers. Have Woodview Pest Control Services remove all pests present.

Contract with Woodview Pest Control Services to routinely inspect and prevent pests from returning. Total Pest Control Protection for ForestLands Apartments Annual Fee includes initial inspection, immediate treatment, and any follow up treatments needed as well as quarterly inspections of exteriors and annual inspection of interiors. All work is guaranteed. Any damage caused by pests after initial treatment will be paid for by Woodview Pest Control Services as long as we are still under contract with you.

Many pests are able to enter your home from outside at the intersections of floor joists and wall structures, and they usually live within floors or walls. So as well as looking for live organisms, our employees are trained to look for urine and feces, body parts, and egg masses of all kinds of pests. Visually inspect attic areas and crawlspaces. Attics are warm, safe places for animals, and can offer easy access through uncovered vents.

These spaces are often infested with bees or hornets; with rodents such as rats, mice, and squirrels; and sometimes with problem birds such as starlings; and occasionally with larger animals such as raccoons. Crawlspaces frequently offer pests access through pipes and vents and can provide water, warmth and shelter for rodents and various insects. Visually inspect the interiors of cabinets, cupboards, and closets. All pests seek the dark interiors of storage areas.

Weevils, cockroaches, and mice love to live near and even in your food containers, such as in sacks of flour or boxes of cereals, packages of dried fruit, and other items. Our employees will inspect your food storage areas and all closets, looking for signs of pests. They may open containers of flour or cereals to see if weevils are present. If needed, visually inspect wall interiors with cameras.

If signs of pests are found, our employees may want to remove electrical plates and use special cameras to inspect the interior of walls. This is especially important when termites, carpenter ants, cockroaches and mice have been present for some time as these pests may have built elaborate nests and tunnels within walls. Professional Pest Assessment and Same Day Treatment of All Structures We will perform the professional pest assessment as described above, and treat for all pests on the same call. This option guarantees that all problems will be dealt with right away. On Call Spot Treatments When you have observed a problem and want a limited area treated for a specific pest, we can schedule a limited treatment to take care of that area.

This option might be desirable as specific apartments become available for rent.

Termite and Carpenter Ant Control

When wood boring insects are your only concern, we can protect your property against these pests. Each treatment is guaranteed for six months.
