- Standard Support Plan is included with all product purchases
- Includes free support by email for current version of products

product use tutorials and
troubleshooting pages.
Lifetime Technical Support Plan
Product support for all versions of our products is available by phone and email during business hours using
the contact form.
- Includes everything in the free Standard Support Plan plus
- Includes support for both current and outdated versions of products
- Includes support by phone
- No renewals required and no expiration date on support plan
This plan is the best choice for those planning on continued use of the product. Examples include needing help writing a new type of proposal, customizing the system, using a product feature or getting back up to speed using the product after having not used it for a while after the Standard Support Plan would have expired.

Limitations and Exclusions
Standard and Lifetime support plans have the following limitations and exclusions that are not included. If a higher level of support is needed we do offer hourly
consulting services.
- We do not do your work for you
- Support does not include creating custom content
- We do not offer legal advice
- Product and software version upgrades are not included
- We do not offer technical support for 3rd party software
- We do not login to your computer remotely
- Support may not be available during vacations and major holidays
- Phone support is available during normal business hours when staff is available
- Plans are void for returned or charged back orders
- Plans are not transferable to another party
Support means that we will do our best to answer questions to help you use our products. However, we do not provide technical support, bug fixes, downloads or patches for outdated versions of products. If you encounter a problem using an outdated software product it may require upgrading to the current version which may require a paid upgrade if you are not covered by an upgrade plan anymore.
1-Year Product Upgrade Plan
The 1-Year Product Upgrade Plan is a more cost effective upgrade option for people ordering multiple products. A single upgrade plan will cover all of the products ordered at the same time. For example, if you purchase the Proposal Kit Professional bundle or a combination of multiple other products the one year upgrade plan will cost less over time and ensure you can download updates uninterrupted.

The 2-Year Product Upgrade Plan is a more cost effective upgrade option than the 1-Year plan for people ordering multiple products.
