General Laborer $55.00 per hour Provides skilled labor in cleaning painting and preparation work; assists more experienced staff with other work. We can provide in water including underwater inspection by certified divers or dry dock inspections. Grant Pederson has worked for Waveforce Marine Services for seven years overseeing multiple extensive projects for the Coast Guard the National Park Service NOAA and the National Marine Fisheries Service. Prior to joining Waveforce Marine Services Pederson led maintenance division of the United States Navy.

Grant Pederson holds degree in Mechanical Engineering as well as various certificates in specialized areas of ship inspection and repair. Robin Ocampo – Project Engineer Robin Ocampo has designed special adaptations for high speed Coast Guard vessels and has designed and overseen remodels of ships of all sizes. He has worked for Waveforce Marine Services for eight years.

Prior to joining Waveforce Ocampo spent five years as chief engineer for MaxMar Shipbuilding which built and refurbished U.S. Navy and Coast Guard ships for more than thirty years.
