Nationwide Builders Supply Company is interested in new green products we would like to give you the opportunity to purchase rights to manufacture or distribute our latest invention which we call the Silva EarthPanel System. This new panel system replaces standard gypsum board tape and mud wall finishing techniques and materials and avoids many of the problems caused by those traditional materials. Silva Innovations has applied for the following five patents for the Silva EarthPanel System.

We expect to receive these patents within days. Complete patent descriptions will be disclosed to those entities seriously interested in licensing the rights to manufacture or distribute these products. Utility Patent – Process Used to Create EarthPanels This patent covers the process we use to convert recycled plastic bags and automotive tires into EarthPanels. Utility Patent – Chemical Composition of EarthPanels Certain chemicals are used to convert recycled plastic bags and tires to EarthPanels and this patent covers the resulting chemical composition.

EarthPanels snap together with our unique fastening system eliminating the typical drywall seams that are prone to cracking with age or building movement. EarthPanels have predrilled recessed head holes for screw attachment to studs eliminating the dimples commonly seen in traditional wallboard caused by overtightened screws or nails. EarthPanels can be easily cut to fit any shape and fasteners may be added at any junction.

Curved EarthPanels in varying rad are available for special applications eliminating the need for the trial and error attempts often experienced in traditional wallboard applications. The EarthPanel Overcoat is made of soy cornstarch and other plant based materials. It is naturally moisture and mildew resistant and odor free and guaranteed not to off gas making it perfect for chemically sensitive environments. The EarthPanel Overcoat is sprayed on and dries completely within twenty four hours.

Compare this with the traditional time consuming repeated applications and sanding of traditional drywall mud and you’ll realize how you will save money in labor costs. Both EarthPanels and EarthPanel Overcoat function as additional insulation for walls keeping indoor temperatures constant and noise levels down. With the addition of our Overcoat additives and or the adjustment of the sprayer the EarthPanel Overcoat can be applied in many different textures.

Joseph ‘Joe’ Silva is the inventor of the Silva EarthPanel System. Here are few interesting details about Silva’s background. Childhood Joe Silva was born Jose Branco Silva in Sao Paulo Brazil the eldest of four sons of Luis Silva well known architect in the area. Education Joe Silva received an architectural degree from the University of Sao Paulo.

After immigrating to the United States with his American wife Judith Black in he attended the Technological Institute in Tucson Arizona where he studied variety of courses in Construction Engineering and Chemistry.
