Our videos are all provided with text transcripts, and we do not make use of wording embedded in graphics.

All our products are based on standard Word, Excel, and PDF format documents so any tools you normally use for these types of documents will work with our templates.

If you need assistance setting up or using the software or templates we are available during normal business hours to assist and can provide extra services at no extra cost as needed when possible such as assembling custom templates if you are unable to make use of the software.
