Explain how the system will work. Questions to answer are. How will matches between mentors and mentees be arranged. What are each partys responsibilities and how will each party be informed of those responsibilities. Is there schedule for meetings. What will happen if mentor mentee match isnt working to the satisfaction of both parties.
