3
Basic Steps
A)
Getting a Proposal Product:
B)
Writing your proposal or contract:
- Review the material,
look at the samples, read the help tutorials
and documentation, then pick the documents appropriate to your situation.
- Enter your unique
company, prospect and project information into the documents. If you
know how to use your word processor and a web browser you have all the required skills
and tools.
- There are some
optional features, however they are not required for use with the
kit. Use them as you see fit, such as mail merge, editing proposal
graphics to create your own custom look and using PDF files for
digital delivery.
C)
Delivering your proposal or contract:
- For a more formal
delivery simply print out each document from step B) on quality paper,
put it in a professional quality binder and hand deliver or express
mail it.
- For digital delivery
simply use Adobe Acrobat to save your individual pages (or use a word processor with a built-in PDF export or a third party PDF export utility) and combine
them into a single PDF document to be posted or sent by e-mail. Look
at the sample proposals to see how other
companies have gone from step A) to C).
- Detailed instructions
are included in the kit materials on how to package your proposal.
- The following
is an example of a completed proposal, ready to be delivered. The
proposal is printed on a color printer and inserted into a binder.
A business card is also included as well as a multimedia marketing
CD-ROM. The CD-ROM contains an interactive presentation for the company
sending the proposal. Contact
Cyberi, Inc. to have your own custom marketing CD-ROM created.
Stand out from the crowd even more when delivering your proposals.

There are many
