Usage: Developer owned materials
This is a list of Developer Materials owned by the project developer and/or 3rd parties. Such material generally is the property of developer/3rd party and only non-exclusive rights are normally given to the client for use of the material within the context of the project. For example, developer might use code fragments, web pages, photographs, graphics from stock photo CD's, etc. during the course of a project.

Related documents may be used in conjunction with this document depending on your situation. Many related documents are intended for use as part of a contract management system.
